We all can mutually agree that it is of utmost importance to take time out for a weekend getaway every once in a while, to escape from the hectic life we all lead. It may be easy to simply pack up and take off, driving up scenic routes to reach your destination. The tougher part is to find that perfect spot that will really make this short trip worthwhile.

We came across one such enchanting bungalow on rent in Lonavla, La Petite Maison owned by Mandira and Yurgen, which made us want to time travel to the weekend and teleport there.

Whether you’re a group of friends looking for a memorable time away from the city, or a family of four just wanting to relax amidst old world charms, fresh air and green valleys, this holiday home will have something alluring for each of you.

The Glass Room

A special feature of the bungalow is the Glass Room, an independent property where the walls on two sides are made completely of glass, giving you a breath-taking panoramic view of the valley. Comfortable and spacious enough for two people, it is equipped with amenities for a snug stay.  Cozy up inside and draw the curtains to let in some sunshine, or take a lazy stroll in the adjacent garden.
