Celeb Style Weekly: Turkeys Galore
We knew it was too good to be true when our celebs had been (more or less) well-dressed for the last couple of weeks. It was only a matter of time when they would fall back into the evil clutches of drudgery—and this seems to have happened this week. It seems like they’re all competing for the turkey of the week prize—which is why we have not one, not two, but FOUR winners this time. Read on to know who they are, and also to see the two stars who have restored our faith in sartorial humanity.
The turkey of the week winners are…
1. Mugdha Godse

Ouch! Our eyes hurt just looking at this tacky red dress, which seems to be have been picked up off a Bandra bylane. The velvet peplum, the unsightly gathers, the ill-fitting bust—we hate it all (no thank you, Amit Aggarwal). The terrible outfit is only compounded by the unflattering makeup which makes the pretty actress’ face look oilier than a fried papad. Thank you, Mugdha, for featuring in our tutorial of how not to wear makeup!
2. Bipasha Basu

Bips, Bips, Bips, this outfit doesn’t a grown woman make! Even Selena Gomez couldn’t carry off this twee outfit, which is only suitable on a 16-year-old college kid out on a date (or Alia Bhatt).
3. Parineeti Chopra

We know you’re off-duty, Pari, but that in no way justifies those horrendous jeggings and sloppy jacket. Combine them with those shoes and you have a sureshot recipe for fashion disaster.
4. Sunny Leone

How many layers does Ms Leone seem to wearing in the Mumbai humidity? Denim on denim might be on trend, but that pairing does you no favours, Sunny. Why don’t you read our story to learn how to wear this cool trend? And while you’re at it, can we please request you to throw that tack black jacket away? Pretty please?
After seeing all these women who should really be rounded up by the fashion police, our eyes were only soothed by looking at these gorgeous ladies.
5. Esha Gupta

Ms Gupta would fit in right on the streets of Milan in this lovely bodycon lace dress which she paired to great sartorial success with the brown Kolhapuris and tan Michael Kors sling. Natural makeup and a half-pinned-up hairstyle made sure Esha lived up to her stylish name.
6. Rani Mukerji

Ms Mukerji (or should we be saying Mrs Chopra?) looked ethereal in this regal Sabyasachi sari worn with red flowers in her hair and a Bottega Veneta clutch. Marriage sure has improved your style, Rani!
