Chop Stick and Jump to Singkong

Dish hospitality, the same group that established Aurus and Sanchos, is exploring newer horizons with the launch of Singkong. This restaurant is located above Sanchos in Bandra and will be serving contemporary pan Asian cuisine. The décor is contemporary with traditional hues, and a peek into the restaurant shows that it’s all about modern illustrations with pop art on table tops and black-grey walls. With a cool sushi bar, try out some of their special sushis like Hamachi Uramaki or California Uramaki. The extensive sushi menu starts with a price range of Rs. 245 for 2 pieces.

There is also a semi-open kitchen, where you will see fresh buns and dim sums in the making, along with appetizers and mains like wok tossed jumbo prawns in black bean chilli, pan fried sliced basa in burnt garlic and chilli and the likes.
The food menu comprises Thai, Chinese and Japanese delights and the drinks menu consists of concoctions like Singkong Martini, Oriental Sunset and Wasabi Marry. We hear their Thai ice coffee is something else!
