Day 4 at WLIFW: Androgynous, Boho and Global Fashion on the Ramp
As Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2014 moved to its second last day, there was a mix of colours, cuts and statement pieces on the ramp. We give you a quick round up of what rocked day 4 at this event.
International to Local: Hemant and Nandita
Checking out Hemant and Nandita’s designs was like taking a look at one of the international runways. The styling, designs and look was very chic, minimal yet trendy.
Androgynous: Pankaj and Nidhi
We know how much our celebs love dressing androgynous. However, Pankaj and Nidhi brought a brilliant twist to unisex clothing. We adore every piece of their collection.
Orange Oomph: Rajputana by Samant Chauhan and Rehane
Orange is the trend for Spring/Summer, but looks like it is here to stay as Samant Chauhan and Rehane’s collection revolved around this shade for Autumn/Winter. The former was bold with interesting cuts, while latter dabbled with structure and fabric.

Quirky Metallic: Soltee Sulakshana Monga and Saaj by Ankita
Annnd… the metallic trend continues. We spotted lovely gold and oxidized hues at Soltee by Sulakshana Monga and Saajby Ankita. We are impressed with the bling usage, and would love to see a celebrity sport these.

Gorgeous Colour Palette: Zubair Kirmani
The most fun colour palette on day 4 of WLIFW has to be that of Zubair Kirmani’s collection. The silhouettes, sheer with a combination of bright shades totally wins our hearts.
Pick of the Day: Tanvi Kedia
Boho, hippie, traditional with a twist, call it what you like but we can’t get enough of Tanvi Kedia’s collection. Styling, accessories, colour and print combos, fit and trends – we love whole package. Now, only if we could load up our bank account and purchase everything showcased on the ramp!
