Suburbans have another reason to step out in these rains now- to indulge in some comfort food as EAT Deli Café opens in Bandra.
Started by the company behind Escobar, Umbrella Hospitality, EAT happens to be a café, a deli, a patisserie and a takeaway joint, all in one.
Located on Ambedkar road near Pali market, the café welcomes you to a live kitchen where you will see the chef tossing and turning ingredients to present a freshly prepared dish to you. Warm earthy shades dominate the interiors of EAT, with a natural freshness coming from the wooden furniture and wall crate shelves.
The founders, Vardhaman and Rushabh Choksi aim to provide quality gourmet food and coffee, and have a menu that lists a range of breakfast options, brunch dishes, and dinner meals.
All-day breakfast options include porridge with dry fruits, upma, chocolate and date Panini, bakery basket, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and more, while you can also choose from a variety of veg and non veg soups and salads. An extensive menu indeed, they also have sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, mains, waffles and pancakes, desserts, sides, slushes and smoothies, along with gourmet coffees and teas.
Their deli shelf will have fresh gourmet products sourced from across the globe and the desserts are artistically presented to you.
A casual, friendly and lively atmosphere, EAT Deli Café will take away the gloominess lingering the monsoon winds this season.
The deli is open every day from 11 am till 12:30 am and can be contacted on 022 26400990.
