1. Banana and peanut butter
You can just dip about anything in peanut butter, but bananas are the way to go when you need that extra energy for a workout. They are rich in potassium, and are essential mineral that replaces the lost energy while breaking a sweat. If you do not love peanut butter (that’s really a crime!) then you can definitely avoid it, but having a banana is a must-have.

Rich in potassium that helps in reducing muscle sore, cramps and keeps your body hydrated as you lose high amounts of water and salt during your workout in the form of sweat.
