is now entering a new territory, that of Sushi! Except, they’ll make their own little township in that territory, that of cooked Sushi!
The chef, Aashiyana Shroff has decided to add the popular Japanese delight to their menu and you can expect a list of varied choices in that. But the traditional recipe has been creatively used to make something incredibly delicious for the Indian palate. Because sushi is served raw, which can hinder people’s liking towards it, the chef has added special touches and twists, so more people can get acquainted to the sushi taste.
The sushi menu at the restaurant will have staple favorites like Wasabi Prawns, Thai Steamed Fish, Tempura Fish with spicy sauce and basil for non-vegetarians, while vegetarians can enjoy the Wasabi Broccoli and Babycorn roll, Tofu Tempura roll with Thai spices, Spinach and Spicy Peanut roll among other varieties.
All these rolls will be cooked to perfection, only so we can appreciate this dish that is famous across the globe.
The non-veg sushi rolls are priced at Rs. 550 and the veg ones at Rs. 450.
