This restaurant is well known for using the best quality imported ingredients and the finest of local produce that they can get their hands on. Their menu is split into three sections namely Garden, Farm and Sea, which are self-explanatory as vegetarian, non-vegetarian and seafood. Their vegetarian options include Beet Salad, Polenta, Spaetzle, and more. Their attention to detail application of progressive cooking techniques can be seen in the non-vegetarian imports that include Shrewsbury Farm New York Strip, Holland Pork Belly, Australian Beef Cheeseburgers and more. For the seafood lovers they have lobster, tuna, sea bass and more.

The bar at Ellipsis is the only restaurant in the city that serves Pinot Grigio and Prosecco on tap. They also have exclusive serving rights to 20 spirits and 6 imported beers which include those of Kirin, Estrella Damm, Dos Equis, and others.

Ellipsis also has a healthy range of cocktails and one can sip on them at a special price during cocktail hours i.e. between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
