Five Easy Ways to Help Reduce Hair Fall
Hair fall is a problem that affects so many of us on a regular basis and we would do anything to stop it, or at the very least, reduce it! After all, a bad hair day can make anyone feel dumpy. So, here are some easy tips to help combat your hair woes, and help you look your best everyday.
1. Don’t Comb Wet Hair
This is supposed to be obvious, but a lot of people seem to have problems restraining themselves in this case. Brushing or combing wet hair leads to breakage and hair loss, which makes your hair look thinner. If you really cannot stop yourself, make sure you use a wide-toothed comb.
2. Green Tea
Green tea, apart from being yummy, is also wonderful for hair as well as skin. It increases your immunity, which in turn helps get rid of toxins. This contributes to healthy hair and clear skin. Two or three cups a day should do the trick.
3. Protein Shakes
Believe it or not, these aren’t just for bodybuilders! Protein shakes are a great way to increase your daily protein intake, and give yourself long, fuller and beautiful hair in the process.
4. Vitamin B12
Another great way to stop your hair from falling is to up your intake of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble nutrient that is essential to maintain healthy cells. This increases the oxygen levels in your body and helps prevent hair fall.
5. Don’t Stress
This is probably the most important of all. Stress has a very negative effect on your hair and skin. Try to keep calm in stressful situations and you will be surprised how much of an effect it has on your body!
