A Royal Meal at Newly Opened Saffron Bay
Adding to the growing list of restaurants in South Mumbai is Florist Hospitality's new venture, Saffron Bay. Spanning across three floors and with a pristine view of the Chowpatty sea face, Saffron Bay comprises an imperial 50 seater Indian restaurant, a multi cuisine banquet hall spread across 1,500 square feet and a soon-to-launch alfresco roof bar. Chef Nirmal Monterio has crafted an exquisite menu consisting of traditional Mughlai dishes with a modern twist with dishes like Multani Shorba, Panner Birbali and Murgh Jhinga Roll among others.
The bar menu is an extensive list of wines along with signature cocktails like Love At Taj, Tamatartini and more. The banquet menu sports a variety of dishes that include Tandoori cuisine from the North, Parsi cooking from Mumbai, Fish curries from Bengal, Vegetable specialties from Rajasthan, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Continental, Mexican and Lebanese.
The restaurant is open from 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm and from 5:30 pm to 1:00 am. The bar will remain open from 5:30 pm to 1:00 am.Saffron Bay
