with its Singapore Food Festival. Starting from 10th August, 2012, Chef Joo Kiang NG of the restaurant will bring an array of local favourites of Singapore.
Choose from dishes like Chicken rice – Singapore style, Mee Goreng (Noodle preparation), Otak Otak (Fish cake) or the Noodle station with Fish and Prawns. The restaurant will also have a buffet that will serve delicacies like Chilli Crab, Prawns Sambal, Pork Chops (Singapore style), Braised Chicken with Dried Chili, Braised Lohan Vegetable, Pineapple Fried Rice, Nasi Goreng and Lamb Curry Potatoes. You can also try their Singapore style gola, Ice Kachang; the Singapore chai, Teh Tarik and a special Singapore dessert, Nyonya Kuih.
A meal package with soft beverages is priced at Rs. 1,499. Alcohol inclusive meal package (IMFL brands) is priced at Rs. 2,000 and the Premium alcohol inclusive package is priced at Rs. 2,500.
