Studio Fifteen: Pooja Dhingra of Le 15 Launches A New Culinary Studio
If you are a dessert lover in Mumbai, you have gorged on Le 15 Patisserie’s famous ganache filled macaroons and cupcakes at some point. Pooja Dhingra, the owner of Le 15 Patisserie chain of dessert shops has launched Studio Fifteen, a culinary studio which will conduct regular cooking classes from Monday, September 16th.
The culinary centre will see chefs, bloggers, home chefs and bakers conduct sessions on varied cuisines and techniques. The classes will be taught daily, in two batches on weekdays and up to five batches on weekends. Studio Fifteen promises to keep things simple and fun with the classes aimed at everyone who wants to learn how to cook or bake. Plus, they will have a small store, where you can buy ingredients that are difficult to source in Mumbai.
Learn how to mix a mean cocktail, bake, whip up a dinner for guests, and how to eat healthy. Choose from basic Insta Food class where you can learn how to style food and photograph it like a pro, cooking for a house party with Bhakti Mehta from the Little Food Co, Parsi cooking from the Bawi Bride, meat handling class with Salt Water Cafe, and Smoke House’s chef Gresham Fernandes , pies and tarts from Abhishek Honawar, part of the team which runs the Woodside Inn and of course, how to master macaroons with the ‘macaroon girl’ Pooja Dhingra herself.
