25th January- Celebrate World Food Friday at Palladium and indulge in gourmet delights. With the focus on healthy food, the event brings salads, soups, bagels, exotic teas and to end it all, freshly made gelato from Gelato Italino. The event will take place from noon to 8:00 pm.

26th January- Enjoy an elaborate buffet brunch at Lotus Cafe in J W Marriott and relish delicacies from the different states of India. The brunch will be served from noon to 4:00 pm and is priced at Rs. 2,850. For reservations, call 022 66933344.

How does a special midnight tea party sound? Get one at Silver Beach Cafe from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am where the restaurant offers tea lovers a chance to sip exotic variety of teas. Head to Manchester United Cafe Bar and indulge in their ongoing International burger festival. The menu features burgers from countries like Mexico, America, Lebanon, England, Jamaica, Thailand, China and India and are available in both, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We recommend you try the Mexican one with chipotle mayonnaise and jalapenos or the spicy Indian one. Also, try the classic American burger that comes with French fries. The restaurant also has combos on offer that are priced at Rs. 700 where you can dig into 4 burgers along with 5 dips and fries. The fest is on till 17th February 2013.

Escobar is now serving Tasting platters comprising an assortment of tapas like BBQ mushroom, basil paprika skewered vegetables, clay oven roasted cheesy chicken, green herb roasted rawas and more. The vegetarian platter is priced at Rs. 750 and the non-vegetarian one is priced at Rs. 1,000 plus taxes. It is available from 7:30 pm onwards.

Events and Shows:

25th and 26th January- Catch the live performance by Elvis Vaz and Angela Calina at Out of The Blue. The performance is scheduled to take place on 25th January at the Bandra outlet and on 26th January at the Powai outlet. It starts from 8:00 pm.

25th January to 2nd February- Catch the solo exhibition of paintings by Harish Kumar at AKS Art Gallery. The exhibition titled Spiritual Journey can be viewed from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm till 2nd February 2013.

25th January- Head to Experimental Theatre today to view the Western classical vocal recital by Alexandra Reinprecht (Soprana) and Christian Koch (Piano). The show starts from 7:00 pm and the tickets are priced at Rs. 300 and Rs. 500.
