Escobar has introduced ‘After Work happy Hours’ where you can buy one drink and get one free on pitchers or glasses of Sangria, wine, beer, whiskey, vodka, rum and more. Also, grab a bite from their Happy Hours Tapas menu. The offer will be valid from Mondays to Thursdays and on Sundays between 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Celebrate your evenings with Cocktail Hour at Ellipsis between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm where patrons can enjoy a choice of special cocktails at Rs. 500 plus taxes. Choose from buzzfree cocktails, house made seltzers, syrups, garnishes and infusions, speciality cocktails and shots, the classics, fresh juices and international beers.
A new Pan Asian restaurant has opened up in InOrbit Mall, Vashi. The space that was formerly occupied by Lemon Grass has been replaced by Soy Street by SID Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The restaurant offers South East Asian Street cuisine and has live food counters as well that will serve dim sums, sateys, spring rolls, pad thai, som tam and more delicacies till 31st August, 2012.

24th August – Catch the screening of Kahan Kahan Se Guzre, a documentary on the life and works of M.S Sathyu. The documentary is a tribute to this well-know filmmaker and a theatre designer/director. The movie will be screened at 6:30 pm at Little Theatre. Check the website for more details.

28th August – Watch Utter Cupidity at The Comedy Store that narrates the truth about modern day relationships, steering away from the usual Raj-Simran love stories. Starring upcoming actors, comedians and musicians, the play that has been directed by Saurabh Agarwal is a blend of short comedies, stand-up acts and songs with witty humours and surprise twists. Tickets are priced at Rs. 300 and can be purchased at the venue or at Book My Show. The play will start at 8:30 pm.
26th August – Get your basics in grammar right with a one day workshop at Extra Mile Cafe. The interactive workshop will be held by Femina’s ex Editor Sathya Saran who will help you understand your target audience, structure your material, to eliminate redundant words and to improve your blogging skills.
