9th March – Online wine store in Mumbai, Wine Kart is hosting its first wine tasting and buying event this Saturday at Pali Village Café in association with Gourmet It Up. 14th to 16th March – French designer Anais Basu is holding an exhibition of her home-line collection of home linen and accessories, handcrafted in Bengal called Tia Pakhi. You will see fusions of traditional handwork in contemporary designs and each piece is individually hand-embroidered or hand-woven using traditional techniques. The exhibit will take place at Contemporary Arts and Crafts, Taj building, 210, D.N. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.
12th and 13th March – Alpana Gujral will be showcasing her latest jewellery collection Mahzarin, the timeless legacy of gold at the Intercontinental Hotel at Marine Drive. Her collection combines modern aesthetics with old world style and brings back the essence of the Mughal Golden Era while regenerating antiquity gold.
