Things-To-Do: Recycle For A Shake

In that time, the city has been moving quick towards the end of summer. And lots happening in Mumbai as always. Read on for more.



AA Living has recently added a new collection of trays to their store. These wooden, hand made trays have strong floral elements in their design and are available in different shapes and sizes.



31st May (6:30 pm): Crossword will host the launch of ‘Incognito’, a psychological thriller, written by journalist Lata Gwalani. The book will be launched by actor and writer Tom Alter, who is the Chief Guest, and veteran editor and writer Sathya Saran, the Guest of Honour. The launch will be at the Crossword outlet in Dynamix Mall, Juhu.

31st May (9:30 pm): Lagerbay’s usual Comedy Nights will have a different take this time with just an improv act. If you have seen the popular TV show Whose Live Is It Anyway? and have always wanted to see it live, here is the next best thing in the city with Improv Comedy Mumbai.


Food & Nightlife

1st June (9 pm onwards): F Lounge.Diner.Bar. will host London based producer Anil Chawla who has collaborated with many artistes during his residency at London’s Turnmills. He will be supported by Spacejams, Mikhail and Abhi.

2nd June till 5th June: Mocha will be encouraging recycling this World Environment Day by giving away a free Mocha Shake to every person that brings in 5 or more newspapers, magazines or books. The collected paper will be sent for recycling to a scrap paper dealer.



12th June (7 pm to 9 pm): will be conducting the second part of its workshop titled ‘Art as a Collectible’. The focus of this session will be ‘Re-assessing Modern & Contemporary Indian Art as an Asset & Collectible’.
